FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of nanomaterials, namely, silicon nanopowders, and can be used in dentistry and biomedicine to produce photoluminescent labels. Transponders of porous silicon are obtained by etching the original monocrystalline silicon in an electrochemical anodic etching cell with a counter electrode of stainless steel, washing the resulting porous material in distilled water, mechanically separating from the crystalline support, grinding, drying the resulting powder under natural conditions, with a 1:1 solution of hydrofluoric acid in isopropyl alcohol as an electrolyte with an addition of 20 % by volume of hydrogen peroxide (30 %).
EFFECT: technical result consists in the production of porous silicon nanopowder demonstrating high-intensity photoluminescence (10–15 times more prototype) in case of stimulation by a source with a wavelength of 337 nm and above, while maintaining high performance of the method.
