FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to experimental pharmacology, obstetrics and gynecology, and concerns the correction of gestosis in the experiment. Method includes gestosis modeling by intraperitoneal administration of N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester in a dose of 25 mg/kg/day for 7 days to a laboratory rat on the 13–14th day of pregnancy. At the same time, on the background of gestosis modeling for 7 days, correction of gestosis is performed by administering ademetionine intragastrically through the probe in a dose of 150 mg/kg once daily.
EFFECT: method helps to lower arterial blood pressure and increase the parameters of perfusion of the placenta.
