FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pulmonology, therapy, occupational pathology, and enables differential diagnosis of occupational chronic non-obstructive bronchitis, occupational chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, occupational bronchial asthma in workers of aluminum production during operation. CAT (COPD assessment Test) questioning is performed, 4 points are evaluated on CAT questionnaire (dyspnea shortness) and total score on CAT questionnaire; spirometry with forced expiratory volume measurement per 1 minute, ratio of forced vital capacity of lungs to volume of forced exhalation in 1 minute, instantaneous volume rate after exhalation of 25 % of FVC, instantaneous volume rate after exhalation 50 % of FVC; body plethysmography with measurement of total bronchial resistance, residual volume of lungs, standardize the obtained results, as a mathematical estimation of the coefficients are calculated by the original design formula and the patient is referred to a nosological form of bronchopulmonary pathology with the highest prognostic coefficient.

EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of differential diagnosis of occupational bronchopulmonary diseases in workers of aluminum industry during operation due to mathematical processing of clinical and functional examination results.
