METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF OCCUPATIONAL CHRONIC NON-OBSTRUCTIVE BRONCHITIS, OCCUPATIONAL CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE, OCCUPATIONAL BRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN WORKERS OF ALUMINIUM PRODUCTION IN POST-CONTACT PERIOD Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/08

Abstract RU 2715212 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pulmonology, therapy, occupational pathology. Spirometry is carried out to determine instantaneous volume rate after exhalation 75 % of forced vital capacity of lungs (FVC); ratio of forced vital capacity of lungs to volume of forced exhalation in 1 minute and instant volumetric rate after exhalation of 25 % of FVC. CAT questioning is also conducted to determine intensity of cough (1 point), manifestations of dyspnoea (4 points); poll questionnaire by mMRS with total score determination. A 6-step test is carried out, from the results of which the distance in meters and percentage of the distance from the proper values are selected. Further, the coefficients are calculated and the patient is referred to the nosological form of the bronchopulmonary pathology with the highest prognostic coefficient.

EFFECT: method enables differential diagnosis of occupational chronic non-obstructive bronchitis, occupational chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, occupational bronchial asthma in workers of aluminium production in the post-contact period due to evaluation of the complex of the most significant indicators.
