SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Proposed are the methods for creating a bank of high density cryopreserved mammal cells without using centrifugation (variants). Said methods involve the culturing of cells in a perfusion bioreactor coupled to a system of alternating tangential cross-flow filtration, non-centrifugally concentrating said cells using a filter or a system of alternating tangential cross-flow filtration and cryopreserving the concentrated cell population.
EFFECT: inventions provide the creation of a bank of high density viable cells with a low level of apoptosis.
