FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a screening of a cultivation and/or cell clone condition for a large-scale perfusion culture of immortalized human cells of myeloid leukemia origin or CHO cells in a suspension. Method involves producing small-scale cell cultures having a culture volume of 1 ml to 100 ml. Cells are then cultured in small-scale cell cultures by mixing. Then, parts of medium for cultivation of small-scale cell cultures are removed after at least partial sedimentation of cells in small-scale cell cultures, adding a fresh medium for cultivation into small-scale cell cultures. Method includes selecting a screened condition of cell cultivation and/or clone condition, providing desired property and/or characteristics of large-scale perfusion culture, and obtaining a large-scale perfusion cell culture with volume of at least 1 l. Desired property and/or characteristic, screening of which is carried out, is selected from a group consisting of high cell viability, high and/or stable cell density, high and/or stable output of biomolecule of interest, produced by cells in cell culture and desired properties of biomolecule of interest, produced by cells in cell culture.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of equipment.
