SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pyrrolidine derivative represented by formula [1], wherein ring A is an optionally substituted aryl group and the like; R1 is an optionally substituted alkyl group and the like; R2 a halogen atom and the like; R3 is an alkyl group substituted with an optionally substituted aryl group and the like, and R4 is a hydrogen atom and the like, or R3 and R4 are terminally bonded to one another, and together with the nitrogen atoms bonded thereto, form substitutable nitrogen-containing aliphatic heterocycles which may partially contain double bonds; or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. .
EFFECT: compounds have an melanocortin receptor agonistic activity and can be used to prevent or treat diseases in which activation of melanocortin receptor 1 is involved.
