FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: exhaust gas control device includes a dust collector, an oxidative cleaning device and an electronic control unit (ECU). Dust collector applies a constant voltage between the charging electrode and the counter electrode and picks up solid particles on the oxidizing substrate. ECU estimates the distribution of the precipitated amount of solid particles deposited on the oxidizing substrate in the direction of the exhaust gas flow, based on input information including at least the exhaust gas flow rate and the mass of solid particles in the exhaust gas, setting information including at least the intensity of the electric field between the charging electrode and the counter electrode, and background information regarding oxidative purification. ECU performs an oxidative cleaning when the precipitated amount of at least part of the precipitated solid particles exceeds the threshold value.
EFFECT: exhaust gas control device is proposed.
