FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a genetically modified mouse for producing an antibody comprising in its germline genome two non-arranged gene segments Vκ human immunoglobulin and five non-arranged gene segments Jκ human immunoglobulin, functionally associated with mouse immunoglobulin light chain constant region sequence, as well as one or more non-aligned gene segments VH human immunoglobulin, one or more non-arranged gene segments DH human immunoglobulin and one or more non-arranged gene segments JH human immunoglobulin, functionally associated with a mouse immunoglobulin heavy chain constant region sequence, as well as to use thereof for producing an antibody and for identifying a nucleic acid sequence encoding a human immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain. Also disclosed is an isolated B-cell from said genetically modified mouse, as well as a hybridoma, obtained from said B-cell.
EFFECT: invention enables efficient antibody production.
