FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a genetically modified mouse for producing an antibody, wherein the antibody comprising a first immunoglobulin heavy chain, comprising a first human immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain encoded by a human immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region comprising VH2-26, VH3-21, VH3-64 or somatic hypermutations thereof. Use of said genetically modified mouse in the production of an antibody and in the production of a bispecific antibody is also disclosed. Invention also relates to a method for producing an antibody to an antigen of interest, wherein the antibody comprises an immunoglobulin heavy chain comprising a human immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain encoded by the sequence of the human immunoglobulin heavy chain variable regions, comprising human VH2-26, VH3-21, VH3-64 or somatic hypermutations thereof, as well as to a method for producing a fully human bispecific antibody.
EFFECT: invention allows efficiently producing an antibody in a genetically modified mouse.
