METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING MANIFESTATIONS OF SPINAL INSTABILITY IN CHILDREN ASSOCIATED WITH NICKEL CONTAMINATION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G01N33/58 G01N33/543 G01N30/72 C12Q1/6806 C12Q1/6827 C12Q1/686 C12Q1/6876 C12Q1/6883

Abstract RU 2816029 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to preventive medicine, human ecology and paediatrics, and can be used for diagnosis of manifestations of spinal instability associated with contamination of bio-media with nickel in schoolchildren of 8–11 years old. If the content of nickel in the child’s blood is 1.2 times or more compared to norm of 0.0023 mg/dm3, if the level of specific IgE to nickel is exceeded by at least 1.3 times compared to the norm of less than 0.1 IU/ml, if the total IgG level is exceeded by at least 1.1 times compared to the upper limit of the norm equal to 13 mg/l, if the level of IL-6 is exceeded compared to the upper limit of the physiological norm equal to 6 pg/ml, when the level of ionized calcium exceeds the upper limit of the physiological norm, equal to 1.10 mmol/dm3, as well as in the presence of AA genotype of TLR4 A8595G (rs1927911) gene and GG genotype of TP53 Pro72Arg C/G (rs1042522) gene spinal instability associated with nickel contamination is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides higher information value and validity of diagnosis of manifestations of spinal instability in children, associated with nickel contamination due to simultaneous determination of toxicological, laboratory and genetic parameters.
