SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assistance in driving. Driving assistance system comprises an obstacle detection unit, an impact degree determination unit, a speed determining unit and a pre-crash control unit. Pre-crash checkout unit is configured to perform pre-crash monitoring to prevent collision with an obstacle, when a predetermined control start condition is met, and is not carried out even when a predetermined monitoring start condition is met, pre-emergency monitoring when the permission condition was not established at the time at which the predetermined monitoring start-up condition is met. Resolution condition consists in that the degree of action for acceleration is equal to or exceeds the first threshold value of the degree of action, and the speed of the vehicle is equal to or less than the threshold value of speed.
EFFECT: increased safety during use.
