SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the development of severe forms of fetal hemolytic disease with and without dropsy by Rh factor in uncomplicated pregnancy of dichorionic diamniotic and monochorionic diamniotic twins. Doppler analysis of blood flow in the middle cerebral artery (MCA) is performed in each fetus with determination of maximum blood flow velocity (MBFV) during the second and third trimesters in terms of 20 to 34 weeks of gestation. Development of severe forms of hemolytic disease is predicted by Rh factor in fetuses of uncomplicated dichorionic and monochorionic twins with increase of MBFV MCA values of fetus: within 20 weeks—more than 23.6 cm/s; 21—more than 24.7 cm/s; 22—more than 24.9 cm/s; 23—more than 26.0 cm/s; 24—more than 28.0 cm/s; 25—more than 30.5 cm/s; 26—more than 35.5 cm/s; 27—more than 36.8 cm/s; 28—more than 38.0 cm/s; 29—more than 42.1 cm/s; 30—more than 44.1 cm/s; 31—more than 44.4 cm/s; 32—more than 48.0 cm/s; 33—more than 51.4 cm/s; at 34 weeks—more than 54.8 cm/s.
EFFECT: method enables predicting severe forms of fetal hemolytic disease by assessing a combination of the most significant parameters.
