SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Method of decoding a predicted image, in which, in accordance with information on neighboring image blocks located djacent to an image block to be processed, determining whether a set of candidates for prediction modes of an image block to be processed, an affine combination mode, wherein the affine combination mode indicates that the corresponding predicted images of the image block to be processed and the adjacent image blocks of the image block to be processed are obtained using the same affine model; syntax analysis of the bit stream is performed to obtain first indication information, wherein the first indication information indicates the prediction mode of the image block to be processed; determining, in the prediction mode candidate set, a prediction mode for the image block to be processed in accordance with the first indication information; and determining the predicted image of the image block to be processed in accordance with the prediction mode.
EFFECT: encoding efficiency increase.
