FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to functional alimentation. In the sugar-containing product production method, which involves mixing of crystalline mass with a sweetening substance solution, introduction of at least one food additive, drying the finished product, crystalline mass used is pre-sieved sugar with crystal size of 0.30–0.35 mm, sweetening substance – maltose molasses, diluted to 70–72 % of dry substances in amount of 30–35 % by weight of crystalline mass, preliminarily mixed with green tea extract and propolis in equal amounts at ratio of 0.15–0.20 % by weight, as well as introduction into the obtained product of multifunctional carbohydrate Litesse in amount of 10–15 % by weight of the product, after which it is stirred for 20–30 minutes and dried by passing hot air through it at temperature of 110–115 °C on vibratory conveyor.
EFFECT: obtained sugar-containing product has improved properties and higher nutritive and biological value.
