SUBSTANCE: method for producing a sugar-comprising product is proposed, which involves mixing the crystalline mass of sugar with a sweetener, introducing at least one food additive, and drying the finished product. As a crystalline mass, sugar pre-fractionated by separation is used with a crystal size in the range of 0.2-0.3 mm. Stevioside is used as a sweetener, and spirulina extract is used as a food additive, which are taken in equal amounts and added to the crystalline mass at the rate of 1.0-5.0% by weight of the finished product. The mass is mixed for 20-40 minutes at a temperature of 18-20°C.

EFFECT: improved quality of the sugar-comprising product and enhanced physiological properties.
