FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a surgical suturing instrument. Surgical stapling instrument comprises an elongated channel, a stop, a trigger element and a closing element. Elongated canal is configured to functionally support a cassette with surgical staples therein. Thrust comprises thrust housing including lower surface forming bracket and mounting section of thrust. Aforesaid stop is rotatably connected with elongated channel proximal end. Anvil is configured to turn about a discrete fixed axis of the anvil formed by the elongated channel. Starting element is made with possibility of axial movement inside the elongated channel in response to application of starting motions to it. Starting element is configured to interact with thrust and elongated channel with possibility of movement for spatial arrangement of thrust at desired distance relative to elongated channel when bringing firing element into motion along elongated channel along axis. Closing element is configured to move the anvil between the open position and the closed positions relative to the elongated channel after closing movements are applied to the closing element. Support mounting section comprises proximal extension first protrusion and proximal projecting second branch of stop. Proximal protruding first thrust ledge includes thrust first protrusion protruding inwards. Proximal protruding second branch of the support is located at a distance from the first branch of the stop and includes an inward protruding second trunnion protrusion, which is located at a distance from the first trunnion journal. First journal of the support is supported with possibility of rotation in the seat of the first trunnion in the first proximal end section of the elongated channel, and the second thrust pivot is supported with possibility of rotation in the nest of the second trunnion in the second proximal end section of the elongated channel. Sockets of the first and the second trunnions are coaxially aligned with each other on the support axis.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables tissue incision and stapling.
