FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to surgical stapling and cutting tools. Surgical stapling instrument comprises a surgical end effector, a rod assembly, a hinged joint, a flexible start bar and a movable support assembly of the launching bar. Surgical end effector comprises a first and a second branch element and a trigger element. Application of closing movement to at least one of first and second elements of branch causes movement of at least one of first and second elements of branch in closed position relative to other of first and second elements of branch. Firing element is functionally retained in one of first and second elements of branch for axial movement in it in response to application of starting motion. Rod assembly forms rod axis. Articulated joint connects the surgical end effector and the rod assembly for selective hinge rotation relative to it around the rotary axis transverse to the axis of the rod, when using rotary motion to the surgical end effector. Flexible starting bar passes through the hinged joint to dock with the firing element in the surgical end effector for application of start-up motion to it. Movable support assembly of the launching bar is made with possibility of movable contact of the launching rod on each of its lateral edges during the fact that the start bar is bent around the hinged joint. Movable support assembly of the start bar additionally contains the first compression plate, the second compression plate and the assembly of the bearing lug. First compression plate is placed along the part of the first lateral edge of the flexible launching bar. Second compression plate is placed along the part of the second lateral edge of the flexible launching bar. Assembly boss assembly can turn and move in the lateral direction relative to the support axis which is transverse to the axis of the rod. Assembly of the support lug comprises the first pin of the support lug and the second pin of the support lug. First pin of the support boss is retained in contact with the first compression plate. Second pin of thrust boss is retained in contact with second compression plate. In the second embodiment, the surgical stapling instrument comprises a surgical end effector, a rod assembly, a hinged joint, a flexible start bar, a support assembly of the launching bar, and a movable supporting assembly of the launching bar. Launching boom assembly comprises a guide bar guide assembly covering a portion of the launching bar which is located adjacent to the hinged joint. Assembly of the starting bar comprises the first side element, the second side element, the distal mounting section and the proximal mounting section.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to provide the possibility of tissue fixation, dissection and stapling.
