Controller is programmed in response to vehicle speed falling below threshold value to activate interface. Controller is programmed in response to first driver input through interface while it is activated, apply vehicle speed limitation based on the first range of powers associated with the first driver's input, and drive the power unit to increase speed.

EFFECT: enabling control of vehicle systems when moving in traffic jams.
