FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental pharmacology. Pre-eclampsia model is reproduced in Wistar rats daily from 14 to 20 of pregnancy by intraperitoneal introduction of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ester 25 mg/kg. To correct simulated endothelial dysfunction, carbamylated darbepoetin 300 mcg/kg is injected subcutaneously once day on 7th, 10th, 13th, 16th and 19th day of pregnancy.
EFFECT: method enables correcting endothelial dysfunction in a simulated pathology in pregnant rats by pronounced antiischemic and antioxidant actions of carbamylated darbepoetin.
