FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to stem cell culture with subfractionation. Method involves culturing bone marrow cells recovered from an individual, transferring only supernatant into a new container and culturing said supernatant. Then supernatant is separated and cultured in culture vessel at 37 °C for 1–3 hours, repeated cultivation of supernatant at 37 °C for 12–36 hours 2 to 3 times, and culturing supernatant at 37 °C for 24–72 hours. Each supernatant is transferred into a new culture vessel for re-cultivation. Monoclonal stem cell is then prepared in the final vessel and inoculated into a culture medium at a cell density of 50 to 1000 cells/cm2 for culturing said cell.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of equipment.
