SUBSTANCE: device (18) comprises a first monitoring module (19) having input (20) for buses (2) and comprising a plurality of monitoring means (43a, 43b, 43c, 43d, 43e, 43f, 43g, 43h); second monitoring module (23) having output (25) for buses (2) and comprising plurality of monitoring means (43a, 43b, 43c, 43d, 43e, 43f, 43g, 43h); device (22) for overturning and transportation, functionally located between the first control module (19) and the second monitoring module (23). First control module (19), the second monitoring module (23) and device (22) for overturning and transportation form control trajectory (26) configured to allow stepwise passage of each tire (2) along it. First monitoring module (19) and the second monitoring module (23) contain the same monitoring means (43a, 43b, 43c, 43d, 43e, 43f, 43g, 43h), having a configuration which enables to perform the same operations control over bus bars (2), which are determined in axial direction of halves (2a, 2b). Device (22) for overturning and transportation is made with configuration, providing possibility of turning tire (2) around axis (Z) of overturning, perpendicular to main axis (X-X) of rotation of tire (2) and belonging to its axial middle plane (M).
EFFECT: technical result is optimization of tire control time.
