SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to hematology, and can be used for morphometric assessment of prediction of diffuse B-large-cell lymphoma (DBLCL). For this purpose, after biopsy of soft-tissue formation in histological sections immunohistochemical staining is performed and number of STAT3+ tumor cells is calculated morphometrically by formula: S=D/n×100 %, where S is average relative content of STAT3 positive cells in one tumor sample (%), D – number of STAT3+ tumor cells in 5 fields of vision, n – total number of cells in 5 fields of vision. If the relative number of STAT3+ tumor cells is less than 66 %, a favorable course of diffuse B-large-cell lymphoma is stated, and if the disease is equal and more than 66 %, an unfavorable course of the disease is stated.
EFFECT: present method can be used in practical hematology in predicting course DBLCL after biopsy of soft-tissue formation, which allows differentiated approach when prescribing therapy.
