Sheet of upper layer (10) has multiple convex parts (14) protruding towards skin facing side and forming hollow parts (13), which fill highly water-absorbing polymer (12), and connected part (15), in which sheet of upper layer (10) and sheet of lower layer (11) are intermittently connected to each other on peripheral edges of convex parts (14) along circumferential direction.

EFFECT: improved diffusion properties of the body fluid and maintaining a stable absorption value.
