FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, in particular to microwave signal phase changers, and can be used as a functional unit in receiving-transmitting circuits of radio engineering systems and basic element when creating switching devices of microwave frequency. Phase shifter comprises a transmission line segment, three pin-diodes, and an attenuator. Length of transmission line section is equal to half of wave length in transmission line. At that, one pin-diode is connected to the middle of the transmission line by one terminal, and the second pin is connected to the housing, the ends of the transmission line section are connected by two pin-diodes connected in advance, each of which by one terminal is connected to one of the ends of a section of the transmission line, and each of the second outputs of pin-diodes is connected to one of the outputs of the attenuator.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is broader functional capabilities of the phase shifter, high level of operating power of microwave signals and improved performance thereof.
