FIELD: watches and other time measuring instruments.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and can be used for production of micromechanical parts, in particular, parts of clock mechanisms. Method of making at least one mold intended for production of metal micromechanical part includes the following stages: a) providing a first substrate made of photosensitive glass with a thickness at least equal to the height of the mold; b) illuminating said first substrate with ultraviolet rays through a mask, the holes in which correspond to a recess to form illuminated areas; c) performing the heat treatment of the first substrate obtained at step b) to crystallize the illuminated zones; d) providing a second substrate having at least one conductive layer on its surface; e) connecting the first substrate obtained at step c) to the second substrate so that the conductive layer is located between the first substrate and the second substrate; f) removing the illuminated and crystallized zones of the first substrate to open the conductive layer to form at least one cavity, the side walls of which and the bottom of which, occupied by the conductive layer, form at least one said shape.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of production and accuracy of reproduction of geometry of micromechanical parts.
