FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to experimental pharmacology, and can be used for correction of placental microcirculation disorders. That is ensured by daily intraperitoneal introduction of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ether in laboratory pregnant Wistar rats in the pre-eclampsia simulation on 14th–20th day of pregnancy in dose of 25 mg/kg to correct simulated pathology, intragastric methyl ester of (2-((2-hydroxyphenyl)thio)acetyl)-L-proline sodium salt of (2-((2-hydroxyphenyl)thio)acetyl)-D-proline in dosage 1 mg/kg/day once per day from 14 to 20 days of pregnancy.

EFFECT: invention provides pronounced correction of placental microcirculation disturbance in conditions of reproduced ADMA-like model of preeclampsia.
