FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a genetically modified mouse for producing sequences of the human immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region, as well as to its cell and embryo. Also disclosed is a hybridoma for producing an antibody produced from said cell. Invention also relates to a method of providing an antibody which is specific to an antigen of interest, comprising immunising said mouse.
EFFECT: invention enables to efficiently obtain an antibody which is specific to an antigen of interest.
