FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for electron-beam additive production of workpieces. Billets are produced by means of additive electron-beam forming from titanium and nickel wire. Device implementing the method comprises electron-beam gun 1, main electron beam 2 and additional electron beams 3 formed by electron gun 1, substrate 4, wire from Ti 5 and wire from Ni 6, supplied through mouthpieces 7, main bath of melt 8, additional baths of melt 9, surfaced roller of nitinol 10. Proposed method comprises feeding, by main electron beam (2), feed material (5) of titanium in form of wire to form melt main bath (8). Baths (8, 9) are continuously moved along the specified path and the surfaced bead is formed. Welding roller section is heated by one additional electron beam (3). Additionally, the second raw material (6) from nickel in form of wire is supplied. Feed rate of filler wires is selected from ratio where dNi, dTi are diameters of wires from nickel and titanium, respectively, is ratio of weight fractions of metals in built-up alloy. Heating temperature of sections of crystallized roll with temperature of 0.8…0.9 of nitinol melting point is selected above the melting point of titanium and an additional molten bath is formed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of the quality of workpieces from nitinol by increasing homogeneity of the chemical composition of the facing material and stability of properties of the obtained workpieces.
