FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication method performed by means of user equipment (UE). The first list, including at least one index, and the second list, including at least one ban information, are received from a network. Each of at least one ban information is indexed by each of at least one index, and each of at least one ban information includes a ban coefficient and the ban time. Based on the access attempt associated with the first access category, the first index associated with the first access category is selected from the first list. Then, the first ban information is selected from the second list, which is associated with the first index associated with the first access category. An access ban is checked for the first access category based on the first ban coefficient and the first ban time included in the first ban information. Uplink transmission is performed based on the access ban checking.
EFFECT: ensuring the reduction in network signaling for the transmission of ban information.
