Also disclosed is an isolated nucleic acid encoding said antibody, an expression vector comprising said nucleic acid, a host cell comprising said vector, a pharmaceutical composition, containing said antibody is also disclosed. Disclosed is a method of producing said antibody, a method of treating a patient, a method of inhibiting angiogenesis and a method of inhibiting neutrophil migration, using said antibody, use of said antibody for preparing a pharmaceutical composition.

EFFECT: invention provides effective treatment of disorders characterized by IL-8 excess.
