FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to obstetrics. Method for prediction of chronic compensated placental insufficiency in the third trimester of pregnancy in women with cytomegalovirus infection in past history is that in seropositive for cytomegalovirus women in the second trimester of pregnancy is determined in blood serum ELISA method of content of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) (pg/ml) (A), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) (pg/ml) (B), interleukin-1beta (IL-1 β) (pg/ml) (C), and estriol (nmol/l) (N), and then predicting the development of chronic compensated placental insufficiency in the third trimester of pregnancy using a discriminant equation: D=-0.016×A-0.084×B-0.118×C-0.123×N, where D is a discriminant function, and if D is equal to or greater than -15.33, a risk of chronic compensated placental insufficiency in the third trimester of pregnancy is predicted, if D is less than -15.33, development of chronic compensated placental insufficiency in the third trimester of pregnancy is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides more accurate prediction of chronic compensated placental insufficiency.
