FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cytolytic immune cell capable of destroying target cells expressing an antigen target, as well as a method for production thereof. Also disclosed is a composition comprising a plurality of said cells, as well as use thereof in a method of treating a malignant growth. Invention also relates to a nucleic acid construct comprising: a first nucleic acid sequence encoding a chimeric antigen receptor, which binds said target antigen; and a second nucleic acid sequence encoding a shortened PTPN6 or SHP-2 protein which contains one or both SH2 domains, but in which there is no phosphatase domain, as well as to vector containing said structure.
EFFECT: invention enables effective effective treatment of malignant new growths with a long period of action.
