FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of "shaft–roller bearing" connection. Axial cylindrical bore is drilled in the shaft the axis of which coincides with the shaft geometrical axis. After drilling of shaft hole on its worn-out seating surface rolling bearing is installed, based on end surface of inner ring. Working tool is moved relative to hole for metal lifting along width of landing bearing of rolling bearing to creation of required fit with interference of shaft and rolling bearing.
EFFECT: as a result, quality landing with shaft tightness and rolling bearing are provided.
