FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine. What is presented is a urine rapid urine analysis method on genes of beta-lactam resistance of uropathogenic enterobacteria in pregnant women with pyelonephritis. Urine samples are analyzed for DNA of enterobacteria by quantitative PCR in real time and if observing a clinically significant amount of enterobacteria ≥5×105 GE/ml followed by PCR analysis of the same DNA sample on beta-lactamase genes CTX-M, TEM and DHA. If observing at least one of genes CTX-M, TEM, DHA conclusion is made on beta-lactam resistance of uropathogenic enterobacteria.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced time of investigation and possibility of using in institutions that do not have conditions for bacteriological studies, but perform PCR-analysis.
