FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and molecular biology and aims at detecting and laboratory confirmation of inherited chromosomally integrated human herpes virus 6A/B. Detecting DNA HHV-6A/B whole blood sample in concentration of 4.77 to 5.37 lg copies/105 cells in a sample, as well as detecting DNA HHV-6A/B nail plates in the sample in concentration of at least 4.91 lg copies/105 cells, in the hair follicle sample - not less than 4.70 lg copies/105 cells enables to judge presence of inherited chromosomally integrated human herpes virus 6A/B. Detection of whole blood DNA HHV-6A/B in a sample of less than 4.77 or more 5.37 lg copies/105 cells, as well as detecting in a sample nail plates DNA HHV-6A/B in a concentration of less than 4.91 lg copies/105 cells, in a sample of hair follicles - less than 4.70 lg copies/105 cells enables to exclude the presence of inherited chromosomally integrated herpes virus human 6A/B.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of diagnostic technique of inherited chromosomal-interrupted HHV-6A or HHV-6B.
