FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental oncology. Skin is dissected along the line connecting point located 4 mm to the left of the spinal column along the lower edge of the costal arch, with a projection of the left hip joint. That is followed by a second incision perpendicular to first 5 mm length from the caudal point of the first incision laterally. Separated skin is separated from subcutaneous fat, is lifted up, visualized through subcutaneous fat and peritoneum the conditional rectangular triangle, which hypotenuse crosses caudal edge of spleen at an angle to spine, long cat crosses cranial edge of kidney at an angle to spine. Point of intersection of the bisectors of the triangle's indirect angles is determined; a peritoneum is dissected through the obtained point in parallel to the spine; the ovary of the animal is brought into the wound.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain an orthotopic patient-like model of ovarian cancer, most authentically reflecting features of oncogenesis and is an important test system for preclinical studies of various methods of treating ovarian cancer.
