FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for creation of orthotopic xenograft of esophagus cancer of intrathyrus localization on immunodeficient mice. Method involves accessing the abdominal cavity, excreting the stomach and esophagus into the surgical wound, injecting a suspension of oesophageal cell culture into the muscular layer of the esophagus. Skin, muscular layer and peritoneum are incised perpendicular to animal body axis, 2 mm below edge of costal arch, starting incision from point of intersection of edge of thirteenth costal arch with posterior axillary line, ending incision at 5 mm from mouse vertebral column, patient's stomach is taken out into a postoperative wound, stomach is held with an anatomic tweezers. Inserting an injection needle into the muscular layer of the esophagus at distance of 2 mm from the diaphragm at angle of 15 degrees parallel to the axis of the esophagus with an upward cut, further, a needle is drawn in the muscular layer of the esophagus through a diaphragmatic opening into the thoracic part of esophagus 3 mm above the diaphragmatic opening, the muscular layer of the esophagus is infiltrated by tumor cells, the needle is removed, and the abdominal cavity is closed.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides low-traumatic access to the thoracic esophagus of an animal in orthotopic transplantation of human oesophageal tumor cell culture in the thoracic esophagus of immunodeficiency mice to obtain tumor models used in preclinical studies of various versions of therapy of thoracic esophagus cancer.
