FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental biology and medicine, and concerns a method for stimulating granulocyte colony-stimulating factor production in vitro. Method for stimulating granulocyte colony-stimulating factor production by bone marrow cells in vitro involves cultivating adherent bone marrow cells in CO2-incubator at 37 °C, 5 % CO2 and 100 % air humidity for 24 hours in medium containing 90 % RPMI-1640, 10% EF, 280 mg/l L-glutamine, 50 mg/l gentamycin and a stimulator. Stimulant is represented by C-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) inhibitors: JNK "SP600125" inhibitor in concentration of 10 micromolar (mcM) or JNK "IQ-1S" inhibitor in concentration of 20 mcM.
EFFECT: use of the given method enables effective stimulation of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor production by bone marrow cells in JNK blockade in vitro.
