FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental biology and medicine and concerns a method for stimulating production of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in vitro. Substance of the method: CD11b+Ly-6G- bone marrow cells are cultured in CO2 incubator at 37 °C, 5 % CO2 and 100 % air humidity for 24 hours in a culture medium, containing 90 % RPMI-1640, 10 % ETS, 280 mg/l L-glutamine, 50 mg/l gentamycin and C-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) inhibitor in effective concentration. Use of the invention provides higher efficiency of the method.

EFFECT: proposed method enables to effectively stimulate production of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor by bone marrow cells in vitro.
