FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to technologies for anesthetic support of cardiac surgery. Compression of the anterior abdominal wall is performed immediately after tracheal intubation for 20 minutes. In this case, the compression of the anterior abdominal wall is carried out either until the abdominal perfusion pressure, defined as the difference between the mean arterial pressure and intra-abdominal pressure, decreases to 40 mm Hg. or until the index of renal vascular resistance increases by 5% or more.
EFFECT: method reduces the incidence of acute renal injury in patients operated on under cardiopulmonary bypass, which leads to an improvement in the results of cardiac surgery.
