FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to technologies of organoprotection during cardiac surgery. Compression of the anterior abdominal wall is performed immediately after tracheal intubation or until the pressure of splanchnic perfusion, which is defined as the difference between the mean arterial pressure and intra-abdominal pressure, to 40 mm Hg, or until the intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) increases to 25 mm Hg. within 20 minutes. After that, the surgical stage of the operation begins.
EFFECT: method allows reducing the frequency of damage to the abdominal organs in patients operated on under cardiopulmonary bypass, which leads to reduced financial costs for treatment and improved results of cardiac surgery.
