FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to techniques of organ protection in cardiosurgical interventions. Immediately after intubation of trachea within 20 minutes, the anterior abdominal wall is compressed, or the pressure of the splanchnic perfusion is reduced, defined as the difference between the mean arterial pressure and intra-abdominal pressure to 40 mm Hg, or until the intra-abdominal pressure is increased to 15 mm Hg. That is followed by the surgical stage of the operation.

EFFECT: method enables renal preconditioning in cardiovascular surgery with no restrictions on use, minimum technical requirements, as well as provides reduced frequency of acute renal injury in patients operated in conditions of artificial blood circulation due to optimal technique of kidney preconditioning.
