Pate includes whey protein concentrate, chicken breast fillet as the main raw material, powdered milk as an additional source of animal protein, lateral fat as a fat component, flaxseed flour and onion as plant additives, as well as salt and water. The quantitative ratio of the original components of the pate has been selected.
EFFECT: provides a high-protein product with a low fat content and the absence of food additives of a chemical nature for the nutrition of athletes and people with high physical exertion, and can also be used as a functional product for any categories of citizens in order to eliminate or prevent a deficiency of animal protein in their diet.
