SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely to protein paste for functional purposes, and is intended for nutrition of athletes and people with great physical exertion. Pate includes whey protein concentrate, chicken breast fillet as the main raw material, powdered milk as an additional source of animal protein, lateral fat as a fat component, flaxseed flour and onion as plant additives, as well as salt and water. The quantitative ratio of the original components of the pate has been selected.
EFFECT: provides a high-protein product with a low fat content and the absence of food additives of a chemical nature for the nutrition of athletes and people with high physical exertion, and can also be used as a functional product for any categories of citizens in order to eliminate or prevent a deficiency of animal protein in their diet.
