FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to obstetrics, and is intended to predict the threat of early termination of pregnancy during exacerbation of cytomegalovirus infection. In blood serum, a-tocopherol is determined by the fluorometric method, the content of eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) fatty acids is determined by capillary gas-liquid chromatography. The threat of termination of pregnancy is predicted by calculating the prognostic index: PI=-151.975+26.946×DHA-23.532×aTP-13.563×EPA. The boundary value of PI is -32.709. If PI is equal to or less than the cutoff value, the threat of early termination of pregnancy is predicted during exacerbation of cytomegalovirus infection. When PI is greater than the cut-off value, the absence of the threat of early termination of pregnancy is predicted during exacerbation of cytomegalovirus infection.
EFFECT: invention provides increased accuracy of the forecast.
