FIELD: ceramics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system for making ceramic articles and a method of making ceramic articles, in particular ceramic plates and tiles, and more specifically, ceramic plates and tiles with internal streaks or interlayers. System (1) for making ceramic articles (T) comprises serially installed and technologically connected sealing device (2), conveyor (5) assembly and loading device (8) assembly. Compaction device (2) is located on sealing section (3) and is configured to compact the powder material (CP), containing ceramic powder, in order to obtain a layer of compacted powder (KP). Assembled conveyor (5) for conveying said powder material (CP) along a predetermined path (P) from loading section (6) to sealing section (3) and a layer of compacted powder (KP) from sealing section (3) to outlet section (7). Assembled loading device (8) is configured to feed powder material (CP) to said conveyor (5) assembly in loading section (6) in order to form layer (S) of said powder material (CP). Said conveyor (5) assembled is configured to transfer said layer (S) of said powder material (CP) from loading section (6) in direction (A) of movement. Said loading device (8) assembly comprises a plurality of digital loading devices (9). Each of them, in its turn, contains: at least one container (10), multiple distribution elements (12) and multiple drives (13). Container (10) is configured to store a powder material (CP) of the corresponding type, and is characterized by the presence of a corresponding outlet hole (11), which in longitudinal direction passes transversely to direction (A) of movement. Multiple distribution elements (12) are arranged in series along outlet hole (11). Each of the plurality of drives (13) is configured to move the corresponding distribution element (12) between a first position and a second position, in which the powder material (CP) of the corresponding type can pass through the cross-section of outlet hole (11), where the corresponding distribution element (12) is located. System (1) for making ceramic articles (T) further comprises measuring device (22) and a height correction unit (25).
EFFECT: high efficiency of making ceramic articles.
