SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used to obtain functional food products. A method for the production of a dry grain product of increased functional value includes grinding and heat treatment of the grain base, and as the grain base, grains of naked oats are used, which are crushed in a roller machine to a size of 0.25-0.50 mm, and then they are fried for 2-3 minutes at a temperature of 240°C.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining a product with a high nutritional and functional value, in a form ready for assimilation by the human body.
