FIELD: solar energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar energy, in particular to a method for manufacturing photovoltaic converters, and can be used in the electronic industry to convert light energy into electrical energy. The proposed method for manufacturing ohmic contacts of a photoconverter includes spraying the base of the rear ohmic contact, the base of the frontal ohmic contact on a semiconductor plate, heat treatment of the heterostructure, the formation of the frontal and rear ohmic contacts by electrochemical deposition of a silver layer, while the electrochemical deposition of the silver layer is carried out at constant current and mixing of the electrolyte simultaneously on the front and back sides of the semiconductor plate located under the anode and the frontal side facing it, in this case, the anode is reciprocated at a speed of 1-5 cm/min at a distance of 5-10 cm relative to the semiconductor plate, and the semiconductor plate and the anode are rotated around the vertical axis at a speed of 2-60 rph with a variable direction of rotation.
EFFECT: reduction of ohmic losses by increasing the uniformity of the thickness of the ohmic contacts of the photoconverter over the entire area of the semiconductor plate at a reduced cost of the technological process.
