FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology, in particular nano-technologies for storing information using DNA. Information is placed sequentially on single-stranded DNA by connecting closed primers complementary to this DNA to it. Each closed primer contains a deoxynucleotide chain terminated at the 3' end by dideoxynucleotide. Closed primers are placed on single-stranded DNA with gaps, on which no nucleotides are attached to single-stranded DNA. The length of primers encodes a digit of stored digital information. Zero is represented by a closed primer with a length of N nucleotides, one is represented by a closed primer with a length of K nucleotides. An interval of M nucleotides is made between two consecutive closed primers connected to single-stranded DNA. N > 0, K > 0, K ≠ N, M > 0.
EFFECT: solutions are intended for archiving and long-term storage of any types of existing information.
