FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for treating male infertility in the form of idiopathic oligospermia, oligozoospermia, with the exception of gross oligozoospermia with a sperm concentration of less than 5 million/ml and/or asthenozoospermia. The essence of the method lies in the fact that the patient is injected with a selective alpha1-blocker 10 mg/day together with a complex of nutrients, including carnitines 2000-3000 mg/day, vitamin E 25-200 ME/day, vitamin D3 500 ME/day, zinc 5- 40 mg/day for at least 12 weeks.
EFFECT: allows to increase the effectiveness of therapy for idiopathic male infertility in the form of oligospermia, oligozoospermia and/or asthenozoospermia.
